Responsibilities

• Provide confident, honest styling advice and personalized recommendations to customers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through in-store interactions and digital engagement (text, social media, Nordstrom apps).
• Drive sales through outreach, appointment setting, follow-up, and promoting Nordy Club.
• Sell across departments and collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized selling space.
• Participate in events and adapt selling strategies during both event and non-event periods.

• Comfortable selling across departments and price points with strong styling and wardrobe knowledge.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a personal business through appointments and networking.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and goal-driven energy to meet sales targets.
• Enthusiasm for digital engagement and using social media and tech tools to connect with customers.
• Flexible availability for retail schedules including evenings and weekends; ability to be on feet and lift up to 25 pounds.
