- Effective communication skills with customers and store staff.
- Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, lift up to 30 lbs, and perform moderate climbing.
- Ability to operate a cash register and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including night shifts and travel as needed.
- Proven track record of success in building positive relationships with customers, management, and colleagues.
- Strong business acumen and time management skills.
