Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Client Advisor with Keys at Balenciaga Royalmount, you will play a crucial role in supporting store management by ensuring proper opening and closing procedures. You will provide exceptional customer service, meeting the needs and expectations of both local and international clients.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals and assist in day-to-day store operations.
  • Open and close the store, ensuring all procedures are followed.
  • Organize the stockroom for easy access to merchandise.
  • Maintain effective communication with all departments and handle customer feedback promptly.
  • Implement and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
  • Manage stock, inventory, and loss prevention with the team.
  • Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
  • Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of store property.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
  • Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive results.
  • Strong business acumen and passion for the fashion industry.
  • Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.
