Support Associate

As a Support Associate at Neiman Marcus in Plano, you will play a crucial role in supporting store operations, enhancing customer experiences, and maintaining merchandise organization. You will work closely with the RPSO Manager to ensure the smooth functioning of daily tasks in a dynamic retail environment.

• Assist with merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound/outbound freight.
• Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders.
• Ensure merchandise standards are followed through proper placements and price changes.
• Manage inventory control processes including reticketing, damages, and mark out of stocks.
• Organize and maintain stockroom and back stocking areas.
• Support the setup and takedown of in-store events and activations.
• Follow all safety procedures in the dock and other work areas.

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Flexibility in managing competing tasks with a collaborative mindset.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office Product Suite.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
