Summary

The Support Stock Associate provides operational support to the store by receiving and processing merchandise, maintaining stockroom organization, and replenishing the sales floor to ensure product availability and presentation standards. The role works closely with store and sales teams to execute inventory processes and support visual merchandising needs. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and adherence to loss prevention procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and transfers.
• Replenish the sales floor and maintain presentation and product availability.
• Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient retrieval and safety.
• Assist with inventory counts, tagging, and cycle count activities.
• Operate stockroom equipment and handheld inventory devices as required.

Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy items and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Basic math skills and comfort using inventory systems or handheld devices.
• Previous retail or stockroom experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and peak periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety and loss prevention procedures.
