Job Description

Summary

The Team Lead will support the Store Manager and Team Manager at the Lenox Square store, coaching and developing the sales team, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales while upholding brand values and service standards. The role acts as a product category champion and contributes to talent development and succession planning. The Team Lead is expected to model exceptional client service and foster a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve personal sales goals and support the team in meeting targets.
  • Cultivate and manage a personal client portfolio to drive repeat visits.
  • Maximize business through effective sales floor management and visible presence.
  • Encourage cross-selling and identify sales opportunities.
  • Coach and develop team members, providing feedback and action plans.
  • Support recruiting and talent development in partnership with management.
  • Motivate the team to drive business results and maintain positive culture.
  • Act as the store contact for Corporate Merchandising on product feedback and trends.
  • Share product knowledge and implement category action plans with the team.

Requirements

  • Proven retail leadership experience; ability to support store management.
  • Strong sales and clienteling skills with a client centric approach.
  • Coaching and people development experience.
  • Knowledge of merchandising and product category performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage the sales floor and lead by example.
  • Organizational skills and attention to service standards.
  • Commitment to brand values and professional presentation.
