Job Description

Summary

The Team Lead supports the Store Manager and Team Managers in mentoring and developing staff, building client relationships, and driving sales while ensuring exceptional client experiences in a luxury retail environment. This role collaborates on strategy, champions product categories when optional, and helps maintain the brand positioning in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Store Manager and Team Managers in mentoring and developing the sales team
  • Drive client development and build strong client relationships
  • Champion achievement of sales goals and support selling activities
  • Oversee floor management and ensure high standards of client experience
  • Co-create sales and merchandising strategies with leadership
  • Identify products for clients based on profiles and market trends
  • Support operations and daily store activities
  • Optionally lead and promote a specific product category

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail sales or luxury retail; prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Client centric and service oriented approach
  • Ability to coach and develop team members
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and commercial awareness
  • Ability to meet sales targets and drive business results
  • Knowledge of luxury market trends and product categories
