Team Manager - Bloomingdale's 59th Street

As a Team Manager at Gucci Bloomingdale's 59th Street, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team of Client Advisors to deliver the highest performance through a customer-centric attitude. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team, ensuring a consistent client experience, and representing the brand as a Gucci Ambassador.

• Lead and support the team on the selling floor, providing real-time coaching and feedback.
• Conduct regular performance conversations and develop action plans.
• Participate in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding a high-performing team.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Develop a client engagement mindset and build long-lasting relationships with clientele.
• Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
• Lead the execution of clienteling activities and manage customer flow on the selling floor.
• Monitor the performance of assigned categories and propose action plans to reach targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments and maintain visual merchandising standards.

• 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
• Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for the fashion industry and ability to inspire a team.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
