Team Manager - Edina

Summary

The Team Manager supports the Store Director by leading sales, operations and security teams to meet commercial targets and deliver an elevated client experience. This role provides on-floor leadership, coaches and develops staff, and assumes oversight of the store in the Director's absence. The manager drives client development, operational excellence, and ensures compliance with internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Coach, guide and support sales and operations teams to achieve store commercial targets and KPIs.
• Provide visible management presence on the sales floor and model exceptional client service.
• Drive client development activities and personally manage client relationships to deepen penetration and sales.
• Recruit, train, develop and retain top talent, delivering feedback and performance management.
• Oversee back-of-house operations, security and internal controls; identify and implement process improvements.
• Partner with the Store Director to set goals aligned to strategic priorities and lead by example.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and managing commercial results.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays and to perform various roles on the sales floor and operations as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with client tracking systems and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Desired: College or university degree.
