Team Manager

Summary

The Team Manager supports the Store Director in leading sales, operations and security to achieve store sales plans and deliver an elevated in-store client experience. Acts as the on-shift leader in the Director's absence, coaching the team and managing back-of-house operations. Focuses on client development, operational excellence and talent growth to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director and assume oversight of the store when the Director is not present.
• Lead, coach and motivate sales and operations teams to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales plans.
• Deliver and model exceptional guest experience and manage client relationships and client development activities.
• Manage back-of-house operations, ensure compliance with internal controls and identify operational efficiencies.
• Partner on talent activities including hiring, training, performance management and recognition.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and managing achievement of sales results.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, client tracking systems and point of sale (POS) systems.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college/university degree and GIA or graduate gemologist coursework.
