Summary
The Technical Program Manager II will drive execution of technology programs for Store Experience Technology, partnering with product and engineering to plan and deliver solutions that improve store operations and customer experiences. This role manages roadmaps, dependencies, and delivery milestones while ensuring system reliability and performance across the program lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to and maintain the delivery roadmap for 3 to 6 month horizons.
- Engage with product and engineering to align prioritization and success metrics.
- Manage scope, resources, schedules and trade offs across initiatives.
- Own and operationalize cross team program roadmaps and milestones.
- Identify external dependencies and ensure service level objectives are met.
- Estimate work with engineering and create program milestones.
- Lead projects through ideation, build, testing, launch and support phases.
- Oversee deployment planning, risk mitigation, and quality assurance activities.
- Produce analytics and use retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Four year degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years program management experience in a technology environment.
- Minimum 3 years partnering with engineering to deliver and deploy production solutions.
- Strong technical acumen with understanding of system design and integrations.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA Confluence and GitLab.
- Familiarity with Agile and SDLC methodologies and practices.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with large scale enterprise software and drafting technical requirements.
