Summary
Temporary Beauty Sales team member responsible for driving in-store and digital sales, building customer relationships, and maintaining department presentation. Role requires flexibility to work varied schedules and occasionally support other departments.
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Provide excellent service and confident product and style guidance
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Complete light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
- Open new customer reward program accounts to grow relationships
- Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and goal oriented with strong interest in networking and technology
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
- Flexible availability to meet business scheduling needs
- Physical ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours with frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds
