Summary
Temporary Client Advisor Keyholder representing the brand by delivering exceptional client experiences, supporting store operations, visual merchandising, and training as needed. Reports to a Client Advisor Manager or Store Manager/Director and works to achieve individual and store sales goals while cultivating client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide outstanding client experiences following brand standards.
- Develop and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and clienteling.
- Drive sales and key KPIs such as average transaction value and units per transaction.
- Support inventory preparation and execution and follow up on charge sends, repairs, and holds.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintain brand presentation standards.
- Collaborate with store leadership to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Participate as a team player in store activities and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Strong interpersonal and client-centric skills with a professional presentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages preferred.
- Dependable, punctual, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Word Excel and Outlook.
