Temporary Client Advisor Manager

Summary

The Temporary Client Advisor Manager will provide approximately four months of leave-of-absence coverage at Moncler's Bloomingdale's 59th Street boutique, beginning in December. Reporting to the Store Manager or Director, this role leads and coaches the team to achieve business goals while delivering an exceptional client experience. The manager also supports client development, sales performance, staffing, and team engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop, and manage team performance through regular one-to-ones, observations, and performance reviews.
• Support hiring, staffing, succession planning, and training in partnership with store leadership and Human Resources.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, build client relationships, drive clienteling, conversion, and new client acquisition.
• Manage client flow and escalated client situations while ensuring the Moncler Client Promise is upheld.
• Monitor business performance and implement action plans to improve sales and product performance.
• Partner with merchandising and cross-functional teams, and maintain operational and visual merchandising standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive retail experience.
• At least 2 years of experience managing teams in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
• Demonstrated success in sales generation, team leadership, and client relationship development.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft tools.
• A bachelor's degree is a plus.
