Temporary Operations support working with Boutique Management to assist with client service functions and boutique operations during the holiday period. Responsibilities include maintaining housekeeping standards, handling merchandise appropriately, supporting inventory control and loss prevention, ensuring cash integrity, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and acknowledge customers to provide a friendly and welcoming environment.
- Ring sales transactions accurately and maintain cash and media integrity at registers.
- Answer phones with proper etiquette, take messages, and handle customer inquiries.
- Assist with packing or wrapping customer purchases and process exchanges or returns.
- Complete opening and closing procedures including securing cash and receipts.
- Maintain orderly register area and keep supplies stocked.
- Support floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and general housekeeping.
- Participate in inventories and follow inventory control procedures.
- Support safety, security, and adherence to boutique policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Retail cashiering and operations experience; luxury background preferred.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule with varied hours including nights weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal communication organization and follow-through skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move and handle boxes and fixtures including lifting.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies procedures and standards.
