Summary

Temporary holiday support working with Boutique Management to assist with client service functions and boutique operations. Role focuses on customer service, cash handling, inventory control, loss prevention, housekeeping, and supporting floor and management tasks during a seasonal period.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers and provide outstanding service
• Ring sales accurately and maintain cash and media at registers
• Answer phone inquiries and take messages with proper telephone etiquette
• Assist with packing or wrapping customers' merchandise
• Handle customer exchanges and returns with Boutique Leadership
• Complete opening and closing procedures and secure cash and receipts
• Maintain register area appearance and keep supplies stocked
• Support floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Participate in inventories and general boutique operational tasks

Requirements

• Retail cashiering and operations experience; luxury background preferred
• Ability to work varied hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Strong interpersonal communication organization and follow-through skills
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move and handle merchandise
• Willingness to adhere to company policies procedures and standards
