Summary

Represent the Toy Soldier brand in store by engaging guests with theatrical, memorable service. Welcome visitors, demonstrate products, lead store opening ceremonies, and support private events and social media content while remaining in character.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests and passers-by, build rapport, and provide a welcoming store experience.
• Lead the daily opening ceremony and serve as a store greeter and local information resource.
• Demonstrate products and tailor talking points to different audiences.
• Participate in social media posts and filmed or live video content in character.
• Lead private events or private shopping experiences.
• Wear the provided Toy Soldier uniform and meet the physical demands of the role.

Requirements

• An engaging, theatrical personality and the ability to remain positive and in character for extended periods.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
• Performance, acting, music, or dance experience is a plus; experience with premium or experience-based retail is also a plus.
• Ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
