Job Description

Summary

As a Trainee in CRM Clienteling, you will participate in a 12-month program designed to identify and develop future talent within the organization. You will support the department's short and long-term objectives through administrative and project work, collaborating with various teams to improve business results and presenting initiatives to the Executive Leadership Team.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with retail teams in the Americas to coordinate communication and updates from the CRM team.
  • Assist with boutique training materials and participate in CRM remote trainings.
  • Manage internal CRM software and assist with boutique initiatives and database troubleshooting.
  • Support CRM Analyst in data export and weekly reporting.
  • Create weekly reports and manage new store opening processes.
  • Conduct research projects and competitor analysis as needed.
Requirements
  • Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, with Friday work from home.
  • At least 6 months of prior experience.
  • Strong communication and visual design skills.
  • Background in luxury retail preferred.
  • Proactive follow-through and strong time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud programs.
  • Knowledge in Salesforce is a plus.
