Trainee CRM Gifting

The Dior Corporate Trainee program is designed to identify and develop future talent across functional areas. As a Trainee in CRM Gifting, you will support the organization's objectives through administrative and project work, collaborating with various departments to improve business results and present initiatives to the Executive Leadership Team.

• Work closely with retail teams in the Americas and coordinate communication with Central CRM and local corporate partners.
• Create presentation materials for store or internal use.
• Support CRM department with gifting projects and administrative tasks.
• Assist with client gifting review, approval, and fulfillment.
• Manage CRM gifting and collateral inventory with regular counts.
• Create status and tracking reports and produce weekly and monthly gifting ROI reports.
• Conduct research projects and perform general clerical duties.

• Full-time, 12-month program with availability M-F, 9-6pm, and Friday work from home.
• At least 6 months of prior experience.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Background in luxury retail is a plus.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work under specific timelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
