Trainee Supply Chain

The Supply Chain Trainee will participate in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. Working closely with the Supply Chain team, the Trainee will support the organization’s objectives through administrative and project work, collaborating cross-functionally to improve business results and present a project to the Executive Leadership Team.

• Build and manage demand planning projects including seasonal, channel, and classification analysis.
• Manage weekly recaps based on business trends and create reports to monitor sales performance by channel.
• Support the Demand Planning monthly forecast process and provide recommendations based on current trends.
• Create monthly presentations for forecast reviews and utilize Power BI for seasonal sell-thru analysis.
• Assist distribution planners in managing weekly inventory needs and maintain category inventory tracking files.
• Work with the Central distribution team to update inventory transfer needs and manage weekly consolidation compliance reports.

• Full-time, 12-month program with availability to work M-F, 9-6pm, with Friday work from home.
• At least 6 months of prior experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
