Training And Onboarding Manager

As a Training and Onboarding Manager at Dior in Beverly Hills, you will lead the training and coaching of retail teams to enhance their skills in the Dior selling ceremony, product knowledge, and client development. You will work closely with boutique leaders and retail leadership to identify training needs and implement solutions to elevate the client experience in a luxury environment.

• Develop and facilitate training programs in the boutique, including brand culture, product knowledge, and client development.
• Evaluate training needs and provide regular follow-up to retail teams and corporate departments.
• Partner with various teams to develop seasonal product training.
• Oversee induction and onboarding for new employees and support store openings and events.
• Assist management with spot coaching to enhance client experience and brand ambassadorship.
• Coordinate and manage the training calendar for seasonal launches and events.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of training programs.

• 5 years of retail training experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Strong passion and awareness for the luxury fashion industry.
• Ability to develop interactive and comprehensive training programs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
