Responsibilities- Support the training development of the Retail and Wholesale network in partnership with the Retail Training Director.
- Ensure the brand image is respected and the highest level of client experience is delivered.
- Coordinate training and coaching for the retail network in respective markets.
- Develop training plans to elevate luxury selling skills and drive conversion.
- Collaborate with the WW Training Department to ensure consistent training across regions.
- Monitor and coordinate in-store inductions for newly hired retail employees.
- Organize and deliver classroom immersion programs for new hires.
- Support the organization of the annual training calendar for the AMER Region.
- Travel across the AMER region to ensure consistency of training delivery.
- Assess training effectiveness and evaluate ongoing programs.
Requirements- At least 3 years of experience in a management or retail training role in a high retail luxury industry.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of learning management software.
- Understanding of retail business acumen and clienteling KPIs.
- In-depth understanding of luxury retail, client experience, and selling skills.
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to plan yearly training and multitask.
- Ability to present information to a variety of audiences with excellent presentation skills.
