Responsibilities- Develop and facilitate training programs on brand culture, product knowledge, and selling ceremony.
- Evaluate training and development needs of boutiques.
- Strategize with the Training Director to revise or create new training programs based on business needs.
- Partner with Regional Director and VPs to coach and lead underperforming associates.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding for new employees and store openings.
- Assist with floor support and spot coaching as needed when traveling.
- Provide post-training recaps to Training Director and Regionals.
- Track effectiveness of training programs and provide regular follow-up.
- Partner with Merchandising team to develop product training seasonally.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of training experience in luxury retail.
- Experience in luxury/fashion business preferred.
- Strong communication, listening, and comprehension skills.
- Ability to develop interactive, creative, and comprehensive training programs.
- Ability to adjust priorities and handle time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation, organization, and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to travel 50% to support North America business and training priorities.
