VIE - Finance Planning And Analysis

Summary

Support the Finance Manager in producing monthly reporting and forecasts for top management across USA and Canada, maintain FP&A data models and reporting tools, and drive reporting improvements and digital transformation initiatives using Anaplan and PowerBi. This VIE role involves cross functional collaboration, ad hoc analysis, and development of analytical and communication skills during an 18 month assignment.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly actual and forecast reporting for management in USA and Canada.
• Summarize market updates and competitive performance for stakeholders.
• Manage ad hoc requests from Finance Manager and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of FP&A models and reporting files.
• Support implementation of reporting enhancements and user rollouts.
• Create reporting and dashboards using PowerBi.
• Prepare reporting calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist on multi brand projects including data collection and insight summaries.
• Prepare presentations and analyses for internal meetings.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Finance or Business.
• Strong organizational, analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerBi.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast paced setting.
• Ability to manage priorities, multi task and meet deadlines.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Anaplan knowledge is a plus.
