Summary
The Virtual Client Advisor connects with clients through virtual appointments, phone, text, and email to drive sales and deliver exceptional Ralph Lauren client experiences. This role focuses on building and nurturing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and leveraging virtual selling tools to promote the full Ralph Lauren lifestyle assortment.
Responsibilities
- Engage clients via virtual appointments, phone, texting, and email to exceed expectations.
- Achieve sales targets through selling, styling, and client acquisition and retention.
- Reengage lapsed clients across the store network to drive reactivation.
- Maintain and balance client book through regular outreach and correspondence.
- Deliver personalized virtual experiences to elevate client satisfaction.
- Utilize technology and virtual selling platforms to showcase products.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across Ralph Lauren catalogs.
- Support product launches, special events, inventory tasks, and company initiatives.
- Maintain professional communication with store management, peers, and corporate partners.
Requirements
- Relevant retail or client advisory experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred.
- Ability to operate register and perform physical tasks including standing and lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Knowledge of current industry trends and competitor landscape.
- Strong business acumen and sales orientation.
- Ability to network and build relationships with target customers.
- Willingness to support store projects and follow company policies and safety guidelines.
