Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality through virtual engagement
- Achieve sales targets through selling styling and client engagement
- Engage lapsed clients to reactivate relationships and drive sales
- Maintain and balance client book through regular outreach
- Utilize technology and virtual selling tools for client outreach
- Develop strong product knowledge across the Ralph Lauren catalog
- Support product launches customer experience and company initiatives
- Assist with inventory special events and projects as needed
Requirements
- 1-3 years of prior relevant work experience
- Experience in telemarketing virtual customer service or phone sales a plus
- Proficient in technology with ability to learn new systems
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi task and work in a high pressure environment
