Summary
The Virtual Client Advisor connects with clients via virtual appointments, phone, text, and email to drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences for the brand. This role focuses on building and nurturing client relationships, exceeding sales targets, and representing the brand with product knowledge and styling expertise.
Responsibilities
- Engage clients virtually through appointments, phone, text, and email to drive purchases and build relationships
- Achieve sales targets through selling, styling, and client acquisition retention and reactivation
- Manage and balance client book with regular outreach and follow up
- Elevate virtual client experience by delivering personal and memorable interactions
- Maintain customer correspondence to build relationships and drive sales
- Utilize technology and virtual selling tools to present the full product assortment
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across brand catalogues
- Support store initiatives product launches customer experience and selling
- Assist with inventory special events and projects as needed
Requirements
- Relevant work experience preferred
- Strong computer skills including Word Excel PowerPoint Workday and Outlook preferred
- Proven sales and client relationship skills with ability to meet targets
- Ability to maneuver sales floor stock areas operate register stand and move for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb using ladder as trained
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of industry trends
- Comfortable networking and socializing with target customers
