Summary
The Virtual Client Advisor connects with clients through virtual appointments, phone, texting, and email to drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences for the brand. This role focuses on developing and nurturing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and representing the brand professionally in all interactions.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality through virtual engagement and product knowledge
- Achieve sales targets by selling, styling, and engaging clients virtually
- Engage lapsed clients to reactivate relationships and meet reactivation targets
- Manage and balance client book through regular outreach and correspondence
- Utilize technology and virtual selling tools to offer full range of products
- Develop strong product knowledge across brand catalogues and industry trends
- Support product launches, customer experience initiatives, and company projects
- Assist with inventory, special events, and store projects as needed
Requirements
- Relevant retail or clienteling experience preferred
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proven selling and relationship-building skills with an emphasis on virtual engagement
- Ability to operate register, stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs as required
- Familiarity with industry trends and competitive landscape
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
