Visual Manager - Bergen

As the Visual Manager at our Bergen location, you will be responsible for implementing the visual strategy within the flagship store. Reporting to the Director of Visual Merchandising, you will lead the execution of seasonal directives, merchandising guidelines, and brand partner installations. You will develop the visual stylists to create an inspiring environment that enhances our client experience.

• Develop and guide store visual stylists, ensuring quality work and timely execution of tasks.
• Recruit and retain talent, developing a bench for future growth in collaboration with the Visual Director.
• Promote a customer-centric culture and build relationships across various organizational levels.
• Collaborate with regional visual teams to complete seasonal and monthly creative directives.
• Oversee daily store standards, including signage and floor maintenance, in partnership with store leaders.
• Manage the store visual supply budget and ensure calendar timelines are met.
• Conduct weekly store walkthroughs with the General Manager and attend leadership meetings.

• 3+ years of visual experience and 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to partner with all levels of the organization and identify operational improvement opportunities.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 10 pounds.
