Summary
The Visual Merchandiser Midwest, based in Chicago, oversees visual merchandising for retail stores across the Midwest market, interpreting global creative strategy to drive sales and enhance the client experience. Responsibilities
- Create and execute appealing visual presentations that maximize sales.
- Provide strategic guidance and directives to store teams on visual merchandising.
- Train and coach store teams and in-store visual ambassadors on standards and best practices.
- Interpret global creative strategy and adapt visuals to market needs.
- Analyze selling reports and data to inform visual decisions.
- Develop and implement zoning plans and mock-up presentations for stores.
- Oversee store visual tools and inventory to ensure brand standards.
- Communicate visual updates and recaps to regional partners and headquarters.
- Adhere to store visit rotation and travel requirements within the market.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years visual merchandising experience with multi-store scope preferred.
- Available for ad hoc overnights and weekends to meet deadlines.
- Flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the market up to 75% of the time.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and basic photography skills.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
