- Conduct regular store visits to provide coaching and feedback, ensuring brand standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on brand initiatives such as store openings and client activations.
- Communicate with global and zone visual merchandising teams, providing feedback and recaps on displays.
- Inventory and maintain visual merchandising props, managing requests and repairs.
- Lead and develop one direct report through regular coaching and professional development.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, including management experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and understanding of display composition and color palette.
- Interest in fashion, design, and art, with beneficial photography skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a passion for innovation and creativity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Ability to manage large-scale projects across multiple locations.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
