Visual Support Associate - Stanford

Summary

The Visual Support Associate will assist with visual merchandising and store presentation at the Stanford Shopping Center location. This role supports store teams in maintaining brand standards through fixture setup, product placement, and upkeep of displays. The position is full time and requires onsite presence to ensure the store environment reflects seasonal and promotional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and maintenance of visual displays and fixtures
• Support merchandising resets and seasonal deployments
• Ensure product placement aligns with visual guidelines
• Maintain store presentation and cleanliness
• Collaborate with store and visual teams on display execution
• Monitor inventory on the sales floor and replenish as needed
• Assist with signage and promotional material placement

Requirements

• Previous retail or visual merchandising experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move fixtures and merchandise
• Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work a full time onsite schedule including weekends
