Warehouse Associate - NCal Distribution Center

Summary

Responsible for accurately and efficiently processing orders, returns, and shipments in a distribution center environment while following standard operating procedures and supporting continuous improvement efforts. The role requires physical stamina for material handling and adherence to scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Audit, process, assemble, pack and ship inventory and orders accurately
• Perform receiving and shipping documentation as required
• Follow job rotation and work assignments within designated department and building
• Handle material handling tasks including repetitive bending, reaching, standing, walking and lifting up to 50lb boxes
• Utilize standard operating procedures and reference aids to maintain quality and efficiency
• Research and resolve operational issues using appropriate resources
• Communicate improvement suggestions to leadership as appropriate

Requirements

• Ability to repetitively bend, reach, stand, walk and lift 50lb boxes without difficulty
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
• Strong communication skills and flexibility throughout the workday
