Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients throughout the store and department.
- Engage customers and offer personalized styling and product recommendations.
- Handle transactions and promote store services smoothly.
- Support fitting room and sales floor operations and assist other departments as needed.
- Maintain selling floor standards, process new receipts, and manage stock replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with merchandise protection and will-call hold policies.
- Collaborate with store leaders and peers to meet sales goals and foster a positive team environment.
- Demonstrate product and brand knowledge across designers and trends.
Requirements
- Styling experience in luxury fashion or strong knowledge of trends and designer brands.
- Experience creating meaningful customer connections and driving brand loyalty.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 30lb with or without accommodation.
- Point of sale system proficiency and basic technology skills.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Sales associate or customer-focused experience preferred.
- Motivated, results driven with ability to meet sales targets.
