Women's Ready to Wear Sales Manager

As a Women's Ready to Wear Sales Manager at Neiman Marcus in Short Hills, you will oversee the sales experience of the store's department, driving the team towards achieving maximum sales and growth. You will work closely with various departments to build a customer-oriented sales experience while maintaining the standards of Neiman Marcus.

• Drive towards the achievement of maximum sales and growth following company vision and values.
• Oversee all aspects of merchandise and communications with merchant and vendor partners.
• Manage team execution, anticipating and adjusting for risks and roadblocks.
• Contribute to strategic goals for the store and set priorities by department.
• Review business with applicable Buyers and discuss action plans to produce positive results.
• Establish plans and strategies in partnership with Client Development Leads.
• Develop understanding of and analyze customer behaviors, trends, and preferences.
• Plan and complete departmental budgets to minimize operating expenses and maximize revenue.
• Support audit compliance to enforce department and stockroom controls.
• Manage people, product placement, and sales promotion within the department.

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in luxury retail fashion.
• Track record of achieving results.
• History of building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams.
• "Win together" mentality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
