Role Summary:

The Associate Shoot Producer works with the Shoot Production team + Art Direction team to help bring shoots from conception to reality. We’re looking for this person to hit the ground running in planning, organizing and executing photo + video shoots across all channels. Key to success in this role is the ability to partner cross-functionally with diverse teams, communicate efficiently and reconcile budgets in a timely manner. Detail- oriented is key. Focus on digital still life + RTW shoots. Ability to be on-set in person, potentially working long days and weekends as needed.

Role Description:

• Produce and track multiple editorial shoots at once, partnering cross-functionally with diverse teams and attend all pre and post production meetings.
• Troubleshoot any merchandise discrepancies with the sample team with a strong sense of urgency.
• Ensure all shoot logistics + paperwork is approved and finalized for photography, styling, glam, locations/studios, props, insurance, and talent prior to the shoot.
• Reconcile assigned jobs, process department invoices and track billing requests by accounting deadline.
• Create clear and concise call sheets, secure and provide all necessary documentation for shoots and serve as on set producer while also supporting the team on larger shoots when needed.
• Consistently update all internal calendars, tracking and budgeting documents.
• Effectively communicate all shoot information and build relationships with studio and project management teams to ensure all are aligned and shoots are executed to spec.

Key Qualifications:

• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and, if hired, present proof of vaccination prior to employment.
• Minimum 3 years in production with publishing or photo agency Or worked in luxury fashion
• Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure to deadline-based work
• Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel and Google Platform
• Any experience with content management tools is a plus
• Ability to be on set/on location for long days and weekends as needed and ability to be in the office as needed.
