Position
Louis Vuitton is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager based in our New York City office. This role will help drive the business of Lva by giving management both visibility on both the top and bottom lines through budgeting, monthly financial and ad hoc reporting. The scope of the Fp&A Manager will focus on warehouse, Inventory, supply chain and Canada P&L. They will also ensure the accuracy of all Lva financial documents and report finances and analysis to Zone Management and Louis Vuitton Headquarters in Paris.
Additionally, you will partner with corporate departments to build forecasts based on strategy and projected financial implications. Maintain monthly reporting to communicate on budget variances and meet with key stakeholders to present results and implement action plans. Work closely with Finance & Accounting to ensure protection of assets across Lva.
Profile
We are eager to speak to individuals that possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics or Accounting with 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity. Travel to all three warehouse locations will be required once a quarter. The ideal candidate will have high level professional maturity, communication & presentation skills, as well as the expertise to build cross-functional relationships. Advanced proficiency in Excel as well as strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task, be methodical, meticulous, and high level of quality control.
