The Keyholder is a critical role responsible for contributing to the achievement of store sales targets, upholding customer service standards, and ensuring smooth store operations. This position acts as a liaison between the management team and sales associates and holds keys to the store, demonstrating a high level of responsibility and adherence to company protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service:

• Drive and achieve individual and team sales and service goals by enhancing product knowledge and building client relationships.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and maintaining a friendly and positive demeanor.
• Utilize the brand’s aesthetic and values to connect with customers and create a unique and personalized shopping experience.

Store Operations and Visual Merchandising:

• Open and close the store as scheduled, ensuring all opening and closing procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness, ensuring products are properly displayed and the store is inviting and accessible to customers.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, replenishing stock, and conducting inventory audits.

Leadership and Team Collaboration:

• Support the management team in leading by example and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Train and mentor new hires and junior sales associates, fostering an atmosphere of continual learning and improvement.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding store needs, customer feedback, and operational concerns.

Loss Prevention and Compliance:

• Adhere to and enforce all company policies, procedures, and loss prevention practices to reduce shrink and ensure the security of store assets.
• Complete all transactions accurately and efficiently, resolving discrepancies and ensuring compliance with cash handling policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury retail environment.
• Strong understanding of customer service requirements and techniques.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in a supervisory role is a plus.
• Knowledge of Ulla Johnson products and brand is highly desirable.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in using computers and Pos systems.
