Job Description

Summary

Lead development of the brand at the retail sales level across an assigned New York City territory, acting as a brand ambassador and business developer while overseeing teams and partnering with corporate and store stakeholders to drive sales and client retention.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador and communicate brand heritage and values to teams and clients.
  • Develop business strategies, identify market opportunities, and propose action plans to grow sales.
  • Achieve retail and net sales goals and perform sales analysis to recommend improvements.
  • Recruit, hire, coach, and motivate Beauty Consultants, Business Managers, Ambassadors, and Selling Specialists.
  • Partner with store management to plan and execute product launches, promotions, and events.
  • Implement merchandising guidelines and negotiate for improved product placement at points of sale.
  • Manage budgets and maintain travel and entertainment expenses within set limits.
  • Provide regular feedback to Corporate and share best practices across retail locations.
  • Collaborate with Education to train and develop sales teams and support intersell in stores.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of prestige beauty, fragrance, or skincare sales and management experience.
  • Prior experience as a Business Manager, in sales, or in training roles.
  • Strong client development and CRM skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proven ability to recruit and build high-performing collaborative teams.
  • Effective communication, empathy, and results-oriented approach.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to improve store management.
  • Ability to handle confidential business information.
  • Microsoft Office experience preferred.
