Accounts Payable Associate

Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join our Finance team based in NYC for a maternity leave coverage. As an AP Associate, you will oversee payment and disbursement functions for designated entities, ensuring adherence to Louis Vuitton’s guidelines and policies. Your role will guarantee accurate and timely payment of expenses and assets, maintaining precise records of all transactions.

• Process and record all accounts payable transactions with proper account coding, authorization, and payment terms.
• Perform timely Intercompany Confirmations and review purchasing channels.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and record Journal Entries and provide Audit Documentation.
• Manage P-Card process and ensure T&E accuracy and compliance.
• Execute store creations in SAP and ensure accurate vendor set up.
• Assist in month end closing and audits for accurate financial reporting.
• Act as a business partner with stores and corporate partners.

• 2-3 years of accounts payable or accounting experience within retail or multinational companies.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, SAP, and Concur.
• Ability to convey information effectively through verbal, written, and presentation formats.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
