Accounts Receivable Credit/Chargeback Analyst

Join LVMH Beauty as an Accounts Receivable Credit/Chargeback Analyst in East Brunswick, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring customer accounts, managing chargebacks, and ensuring timely payments. You will work closely with various departments to resolve issues and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Monitor customer accounts for timely payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Contact customers with overdue accounts to collect payments and escalate high-risk accounts to management.
• Send proofs of delivery for invoices/shipments claimed as non-receipt.
• Prepare reports on credit and collection activities.
• Monitor chargebacks related to outbound shipping and merchandise expenses.
• Work with EDI related chargebacks and follow up on invalid claims.
• Interact with Operations, EDI, Customer Management, and Sales to resolve chargeback issues.
• Seek Sales approval for write-offs or credit issuance.
• Maintain low balances on unknown claims and perform chargeback code changes.
• Notify Management of issues affecting claim balances.

• 4-year College Degree required.
• Preferably 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience in the retail industry.
• Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
