Summary

The Store Support employee assists customers with purchases, returns, and other transactions while delivering excellent service. The role also helps keep the sales floor and checkout area organized and supports other store functions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns, and other transactions.
• Listen to customer needs, share product and trend knowledge, and help customers with purchase decisions.
• Keep the cash wrap and sales floor organized, clean, and stocked.
• Build customer relationships by sharing information about events, gift cards, and rewards.
• Support order fulfillment, order pickup, and other store areas as needed.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer proficiency and interest in learning new applications.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
