Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build customer relationships and provide thoughtful advice on style and fit.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and enroll customers in the rewards program.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and cleaning.
• Work a variable schedule and occasionally support other departments.
