Interior Design Consultant

Summary

Interior Design Consultants provide luxury service to walk-in clients in the RH Gallery and help connect them with RH Interior Design services. They guide clients through the experience from initial contact to product delivery, building lasting relationships while supporting business goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated service and product expertise to RH clientele.
• Qualify and educate potential clients about RH Interior Design services.
• Manage all phases of the client experience, from initial contact through product delivery.
• Grow and maintain a client base and achieve fiscal goals.
• Represent the RH lifestyle brand professionally and support Gallery visual and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail is preferred.
• Background in art, architecture, or interior design with relevant experience is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, organizational, communication, collaboration, and strategic skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 pounds, remain active on the Gallery floor, and travel locally or out of state.
