The Asset Protection Security Ambassador maintains a visible presence on the sales floor to deter loss, engages professionally with customers and coworkers, conducts monitoring and surveillance, and responds to safety incidents while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain visible floor presence wearing a provided security style uniform
• Perform monitoring and surveillance activities throughout the store
• Assess and assist in emergency and safety situations
• Reduce and control inventory loss through audits training and education
• Interact professionally with suspects and handle aggressive behavior calmly
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding incidents and investigations
