Assistant Boutique Manager - Hudson Yards

Summary

The Assistant Boutique Manager will support the Boutique Manager in leading a luxury retail boutique, driving sales and business planning, overseeing daily operations, and fostering team development while delivering exceptional client experience in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support business planning and achievement of sales targets, KPI monitoring, and pipeline management
• Contribute to outreach campaign planning and activation calendar execution
• Lead day to day boutique operations including stock rotation and visual merchandising
• Manage back of house organization, hospitality replenishment, and vendor relationships
• Oversee paperwork, reporting, and compliance tasks
• Coach and mentor team members to develop performance
• Collaborate on client development strategy and CRM action plans
• Work on the sales floor to deliver exceptional service and meet monthly targets

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in luxury retail or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer centric mindset with strong client experience skills
• Business driven and analytical with self management ability
• Proven leadership and team management capability
• Ability to coach and mentor sales teams
