Associate Gallery Leader

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader is a hands-on retail leader responsible for delivering a luxury customer and associate experience across the gallery. This role leads cross-functional teams to execute strategy, drive results, and uphold the RH design aesthetic. The leader supports talent development, resolves operational priorities, and ensures teams are empowered to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop gallery teams to drive engagement, accountability, and high performance
• Represent the RH brand through polished communication, appearance, and product knowledge
• Educate associates on product assortment and the RH design point of view
• Attract and hire talent across levels to meet gallery needs
• Partner with People/HR to address employee matters and complex priorities
• Drive results through strategic execution, team empowerment, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail
• Superior organization, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to motivate, influence, and inspire teams with strong attention to detail
• Strategic agility, results-driven mindset, and ability to learn from feedback
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery floor, stock room, and office
