Summary

Responsibilities

• Spend time on the selling floor to coach, inspire, and develop sales team members to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Foster a positive, inclusive working environment and promote a culture of feedback, accountability, and teamwork
• Provide initial and ongoing training on product knowledge, service standards, and CHANEL savoir-faire
• Analyze boutique and team KPIs, propose action plans, and support team members in achieving targets
• Represent the boutique in the market to grow the client base through community involvement and local partnerships
• Ensure boutique image, operational standards, and service protocols are upheld to drive business results

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in retail or luxury boutique management
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a strong passion for client experience and service excellence
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and walk or stand for extended periods; flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Foreign language skills preferred
