Summary

Lead a high-energy, results-driven sales team at the Paramus Outlet to deliver elevated customer experiences in home furnishings. Drive sales excellence, foster brand loyalty, and ensure the sales floor reflects elevated brand standards while partnering with cross-functional teams to meet revenue and margin targets. Maintain operational and visual merchandising standards to uphold a premium outlet experience.

Responsibilities

• Set clear sales goals, monitor key performance indicators, and implement strategies to exceed revenue and margin targets
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members in product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies
• Implement ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns in alignment with company standards
• Build and maintain client outreach lists to drive repeat business and foster customer relationships
• Maintain elevated merchandise presentation, store appearance, and customer interactions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales, operations, and customer service initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety, inventory, and visual merchandising standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings
• Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets through leadership and strategic execution
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform sustained physical activity on the sales floor
