Summary
Assist the Boutique Manager in day-to-day management of the sales team and boutique operations to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and protect company inventory. Support merchandising, scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and client development in line with brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Support achievement of daily sales targets and monitor conversion rates.
- Coach, train, schedule, and develop sales associates to improve performance.
- Open and close the boutique and ensure adherence to security procedures.
- Participate in merchandise displays, presentations, and visual standards.
- Assist with inventory processes, transfers, damages, and returns to vendor.
- Monitor pricing accuracy and work to minimize stock losses.
- Facilitate communication between management and staff and conduct store meetings.
- Coordinate sales promotions and clienteling activities to grow the customer base.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to operations and record keeping.
Requirements
- Proven retail supervisory experience; ability to coach and lead a sales team.
- Strong commercial awareness with focus on sales performance and conversion.
- Experience with merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
- Excellent customer service and client development skills.
- Ability to open and close store and follow security procedures.
- Organizational skills to manage schedules, tasks, and store processes.
- Effective communicator able to run meetings and convey performance expectations.
- Attention to detail for pricing accuracy and stock management.
